Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the In Person website and waitlist. The site is owned and operated by Kinetic Social LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
About In Person
This is a marketing and pre-launch waitlist site for an upcoming dating service. It is not the In Person app itself. Features, pricing, availability, and launch timing are still in development and may change.
Eligibility
In Person is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or join the waitlist.
The waitlist
Joining lets us contact you about early access, launch news, and product updates. It does not guarantee access, require us to launch on a particular timeline, cost anything, or create a paid relationship.
Acceptable use
Do not submit an email address that is not yours, disrupt or overload the site, scrape it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for an unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The In Person name, logo, design, text, graphics, and other site content belong to Kinetic Social LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation and may change or remove the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Social LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed $100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Texas.
